Mr. Saptarshi Dutt was cordially invited by India’s Smile Non Governmental Organization to attend the international press meet on 08th January, 2012 for release of two minor children namely Abhigyan Bhattacharya and Aishwarya Bhattacharya from the clutches of Norwean Government. The matter had already caught the lights of some stalwart bureaucrats and high scaling politicians.
